As a fraternity, Lambda Chi Alpha teaches excellence through balance. In a college setting, this means maintaining a strong academic career alongside personal growth. At Epsilon-Eta, we pride ourselves on both campus involvement and academic achievement. Many of our members hold leadership positions in campus clubs, and our presence extends across countless organizations including the ultimate frisbee team, ski team, Rensselaer Electric Vehicle, student government, pep band, and many more. Our commitment goes beyond just involvement. Academically, we consistently maintain a chapter GPA well above the Rensselaer average. Most recently, in Fall 2024 (with the updated grade report pending), we earned a cumulative GPA of 3.44, ranking first among all organizations on campus.

A key part of our academic excellence comes from the strong support of our advisors. Epsilon-Eta is proud to have Prof. Johnson Samuel, Chi 1890, and Geoff Seber, EH 1250, as dedicated advisors to our chapter. Geoff Seber currently serves as High Pi, Chapter Advisor, providing invaluable academic counseling and organizational guidance for brothers. Prof. Samuel works closely with the High Sigma, academic chair, to promote leadership development within the chapter. In his first years at RPI, he has already established a leadership development system that gives every brother the opportunity to lead a team and reflect on their strengths and areas for growth as leaders. Together, their commitment ensures our members have the support needed to excel both academically and personally.
